Who we are

Monkeyhouse LLC builds custom handwoven treenet installations out of Austin, Texas. If you ever want to reach us about anything on this page, email info@monkeyhousenets.com.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you share with us: your name, email, phone number, where you're located, and details about the project you have in mind.

We also use standard analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. The pixel notes which pages you visit and when you complete a form, and it shares a scrambled (hashed) version of details like your email or phone number with Meta so we can tell whether our ads are reaching the right people. The scrambling is one-way — Meta can match it against its own records, but can't read the original.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, plan a design visit, and figure out whether our ads are actually working. That's it. We don't sell your information. Ever.

Who else touches it

A couple of trusted services help us run the site. Netlify hosts our website and handles form submissions. Meta helps us measure how our ads perform. Each one only gets the information it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can browse this site with cookies blocked and everything still works fine. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings at facebook.com/adpreferences. And if you'd like the details you sent us deleted, just email us and we'll take care of it.
